*No dancing or choreography involved *This class will be a “fusion” of exercises (Plyometrics, Body Ball Exercises, Medicine Balls, Kickboxing, Circuit Training, etc…) *You’ll be burning fat and at the same time working the core (abs, lower back & glutes) in just 40 minutes! Monday Night @ 5:45 pm Members $2 a class or $15 for 8 weeks. Non-members $4 a class or $30 for 8 weeks.
