The Cardio Room includes 25
pieces of cardio equipment. All cardio
equipment is available to Cardio Theater, which
enables a person to listen to the radio or watch
TV while working out. Also in the
cardio room we have fitness tubes for stretching
and toning, exercise balls, mats and other
equipment for your use.
