• Bench Press / Dead Lift Competition

  • June 28th from 8:30-12:00pm in Gymnasium. Admission is $2.00 for adult $1.00 for kids. Anyone can compete in this event.

• Men's Summer Basketball League

  • 4 or 4

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Monday Nights during the summer. Call if interested.  

• 10 mile runs & Speed-Conditioning

  For anyone that wants extra motivation for running workouts.
