Fast 25 minutes of lower body exercises. Great for toning up those thighs, hips, and glutes. Great way to boost your workouts with a jam packed lower body routine.

 

Prices:  

Members $20.00 or $3.00 per sesion. 
Non-members $40.00 or $6.00 per session
