RESTORE... REFRESH... RENEW...YOGA FOR THE WHOLE YOU!

In today's fast-paced world, isn't it comforting to know that not everything you undertake has to be hard driven? I teach hatha yoga to those interested in becoming one with body, mind, and spirit. The breath is the key. If you can breathe, you can do yoga! It is this life force that unlocks doors which put you in touch with the Divine in all creation.

My style of teaching is gentle and compassionate with an emphasis on stretches with deep breathing, learning to relax and have fun ~ holding a pose but not holding the breath. Some of the benefits of yoga include:
Increased flexibility and circulation, improved concentration and creativity, boosts self-esteem, improves muscle tone, reduces stress and tension. From a medical standpoint, yoga reduces your risk of heart disease; it stimulates the immune system and the production of calcium for stronger bones. 

I began practicing in 2000; I became a certified teacher in 2004 so that I may teach this ancient, healing practice to others. I am passionate about what I do and I would love to share it with you.

Cost: $42.00
No experience necessary!
Come with: an open heart and empty stomach, wearing comfortable clothing.
For your maximum comfort, please bring: your own yoga mat (if available), a small pillow, a small blanket or large/oversized beach towel.
